The mission of Brazosport Cares is to feed Brazoria County’s hungry through food distribution, education, collaboration and advocacy.
Brazosport Cares will achieve its mission by:
Providing a supplemental feeding program to the hungry that provides nutrition in a dignified and compassionate manner.
Conducting education programs that can lead toward long term change in people’s lives.
Connecting people with services that can help them improve quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency.
Building community awareness around food insecurity, its impact and solutions.
Serving as subject matter experts on food insecurity in our community.
