Brazosport Cares Volunteers
At Brazosport Cares, we LOVE our volunteers.
We could not serve our families without their dedication and love for the people we serve.
The pantry is open Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:00 – 11:30, but there are lots of different opportunities to help our neighbors in need:
→ Pantry Volunteers Pick up donations, open or close the pantry on client days, product inventory, interviewing families, delivery team, personal shoppers, and home delivery.
→ POWEPACK Volunteers Fill and deliver backpacks to Freeport schools.
→ Workday Helpers Weekdays or Weekends, on an as needed basis, are perfect for individuals or groups to make a meaningful contribution to pantry. Volunteers may sign up to help at special events such as fundraisers, free farmer's markets or food drives.
