Stretch your grocery budget with SNAP!

New Jerusalem Baptist Church and Brazosport Cares is bringing to you an event that will assist you to apply for SNAP, TANF (temporary assistance), Medicaid/CHIP and other resources.

Mark your calendars! Our Farmers Market will be held on Saturday, June 1 from 10 am to 1pm. Our Farmers Markets are completely free so you do not need to bring any documentation with you to receive food. Since are are handing out lots of foods we do suggest that you bring your own wagon to better help you carry all of your goodies. We are committed in helping our community and items are first come, first serve.
