Brazosport Cares and Texas A&M AgrilLife Extension will be hosting a free one-day class on how to manage your diabetes. This class will take place at Brazosport Cares Food Pantry 916 N. Gulf Blvd Freeport, TX 77541.

We will offer free A1C and glucose screenings, help you learn about healthy eating and more to help you control your diabetes and you'll receive a free glucose and meter and voucher for healthy food.
