Stretch your grocery budget with SNAP!

Brazosport Cares is bringing to you an event that will assist you in applying for SNAP, TANF (temporary assistance), Medicaid/CHIP, and other resources.

Mark your calendars! Our Farmers Market will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Our Farmers Markets are entirely free, so you do not need to bring any documentation with you to receive food. Since you are handing out lots of foods, we do suggest that you bring your own wagon to help better you carry all of your goodies. We are committed to helping our community, and items are first come, first serve.
